To the editor:

Two thumbs way up for the employees and volunteers at the Caldwell County Health Department in their expert organization and administration of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Our very positive experience has been echoed by all we know in the community. There was a buzzword popular years ago in the business and customer service community that encouraged employees to “exceed expectations.”

From those doing the scheduling, the check-in processing, the administration of the vaccine to those keeping the areas clean and sterile, we thank you!
